How Much Is Shipping?

1.)To figure out the exact shipping rate without placing an order: Once you have all the items in your cart click on "Check Out." 2.) Fill out your ship to address and choose your shipping Option. Click on "Continue." 3.) The SHIPPING PRICE will be listed in the right column under your merchandise, if you don't like the amount to ship hit your "back" button on your web browser to exit the shopping cart/order screens. 4.) The order is not placed until you Click on "Place Order" on the bottom of the payment page. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Your order will be processed in house within 1-3 calendar days. 90% of our orders actually ship within 48 hours of order being placed. Some orders actually ship the same day. Once shipped, the speed of delivery depends on the shipping method you chose at check out!

GROUND: Available to most addresses in the 48 continuous United States and includes tracking. Delivery time can take up to 7 business days for east coast destinations from our Southern California Warehouse. If 15 calendar days have passed since you ordered, and you have not received your order, please contact us. Ground shipping times are not guaranteed by any shipper. They are estimates only.

3-Day Select: Available to most addresses in the 48 continuous United States. Delivery time is guaranteed to take 3 business days from ship date, not from the order date. Do not include the pick-up/ship day in your delivery time calculations. 3-Day Select order received by noon Pacific Standard Time on weekdays ship the same day. Orders after noon ship the next weekday. For example, if you ordered at 9am Friday, your order would ship that same day via 3-Day Select. Not counting the day the order is picked up, the order should arrive by or on the following Wednesday. If you ordered after noon on Friday, your 3-Day Select order would ship Monday, then arrive by or on Thursday.

2nd Day Air: Available to most addresses in the 50 United States. Delivery time is guaranteed to take 2 business days from ship date, not from order date. Do not include the pick-up/ship day in your delivery time calculations. 2-Day Air orders received by noon Pacific Standard Time on weekdays ship the same day. Orders after noon ship the next weekday. For example, if you ordered at 9am Friday, your order would ship that same day via 2-Day Air. Not counting the day the order is picked up, the order should arrive by or on the following Tuesday. If you ordered after noon on Friday, your 2-Day Air order would ship Monday, then arrive by or on Wednesday.

International Orders: Order shipping outside the USA take 2 to 6 weeks to deliver. We ship all international packages via International Air Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Your quoted total DOES NOT include any taxes, VAT fees or other "Duties" charged at/by your nation at delivery. Any fees charged at the country of delivery are not included in your payment to Popeyestore.com and are payable to the appropriate government agencies. The customs office in your country may hold your package for inspection. We make no guarantees on international shipping speed.

Military/APO/AE Orders: We make no guarantees on shipping speed to these military addresses. The post office transfers these packages to the Military Postal Service which controls the speed of delivery.

P.O.Box/Hawaii/Puerto Rico/Alaska Orders: Approximate delivery time is 10 to 15 days. We do not guarantee delivery times on these type of orders. P.O. Box orders have been notoriously slow with the USPS in recent times. We suggest you select a non P.O. Box address to ship to.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

Go to the product you want and click ADD TO CART. Our online shopping cart has the most up-to-date inventory status on products. On the right hand side of cart there is a column titled IN STOCK. Under this column the inventory control system will indicate "how many" of the items are on the shelf.

The inventory column states quantity unknown. What does this mean? This usually means that our website is having technical difficulties communicating to our warehouse computers on how much inventory we have. This is usually due to heavy internet traffic. The problem usually corrects itself within 3 to 5 minutes. Try back again. You can place a order on items that state "unknown" in stock, but we may end up emailing that we couldn't fill your order.

Will I Get A Tracking Number For My Package?

For the 48 continuous United States our FedEx or UPS Computer will send a tracking number to the e-mail on your order form when your order ships. Postal orders going overseas, or to Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico may request a delivery confirmation after order has been delivered, or email us for the date we shipped package. The return e-mail address with your tracking number will be: fedexpredelvry@mail.xpedite.com This is not junk e-mail/spam. Please do not delete. AOL automated spam system is moving some legit emails into spam folders. Check your spam folder if you don't find a tracking email in your regular email.

Is this site secure? Is it safe to put my credit card online on your shopping cart?

The Order Form pages for PopeyeStore.com are served through a secure https connection using 128-bit SSL v2/v3 encryption. We encrypt (scramble) credit card information when a shopper enters the credit card number in the web browser, when it is sent to our server, and finally when it is sent from our server to our order processing center.

Our site is hosted by Yahoo, who currently hosts over 15,000 stores. They do not have access to your credit card information, but do use the most state of the art secure methods to transmit your order to us.

According to CNN: "The prevalent opinion...is that on-line credit card use is actually no riskier for consumers than traditional "low-tech" transactions."

Limits on consumer liability. In the United States, most credit cards carry a $50 maximum on your responsibility for fraud, as long as you report it as soon as you discover it. Why can't I cancel or alter my order by e-mail? How do I cancel or alter a order?

Due to automation (order status, automated generated tracking emails, etc) we do not do email hourly. Our email is done approximately 5 times a work week depending upon volume. Thus, you must call in all order cancellations or alterations to our Shipping Department Directly at 562-728-8888 Monday Through Friday 9am to 5:00pm PACIFIC TIME. Once an order has SHIPPED AND/OR BEEN PACKAGED IT NO LONGER MAY BE CANCELED. We can't refund shipping since our shippers (Fedex, UPS, USPS) do not refund us. What Do You Mean By BILL TO address on order form?

Your billing address is the address your credit card provider sends your monthly statements to. We do not send you a "bill" and will ship your package to the shipping address you provide (if different). Rarely, a credit card company will advise us to SHIP YOUR ORDER only to your BILL TO address if fraud is suspected.

Do You Offer Rush Shipping Outside The USA?

We DO NOT offer RUSH delivery (3-day select and 2nd day air) to orders shipping outside the USA. Due to packages having to clear customs and other unpredictable situations, rush orders can not be sent outside the USA.

Do You Offer Rush Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii?

3-Day Select does NOT ship to Alaska & Hawaii. If you want your order RUSHED for Hawaii & Alaska orders, please select 2nd Day Air as your shipping method.

Are Your Prices in US Dollars Only?

YES! All prices listed on our website, shopping cart and invoices are all in US Dollars. The conversion to your currency will be made automatically at the time your credit card is processed by your credit card company.

Can You Send Me A Catalog Of Your Products?

We DO NOT have a printed catalog. We are a website online store only. New items are being added all the time and old items discontinued.

Do You Sell Wholesale?

Popeyestore.com is a online retailer and we do not have wholesale prices. Our products come from hundreds of different manufacturers. We are unable to put you in contact with wholesalers.

Do You Stock The Shirt I Want in Small or XXL Sizes?

We stock as many Small and XXL shirts as possible. Unfortunately, many of the t-shirt manufacturers only produce medium, large & XL sizes. Check the shirt you want directly for its size selection. Shirts come in adult sizes unless otherwise noted as kids or junior young ladies sizes.

Why Is My Backorder Taking So Long To Arrive?

Like a good percentage of merchandise in America today, a large percentage of our products are made overseas. To do manufacturing and shipping distances, some backorders do take awhile to arrive.

What is your RETURNS POLICY?

Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item in its original sellable condition and receive a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The following items can not be returned: Opened DVDS, Opened Video Games, Opened Board Games, Books, Soiled or Worn Clothing Items, Party Supplies, Over The Hill Party Supplies, Opened or Used Bedding, Opened Costumes and all damaged merchandise. These items may only be returned if sent incorrectly or received damaged. WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER IF IT ARRIVED DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. All merchandise MUST be returned within 30 days in its original sellable condition and in the original packaging with all accessories to receive a full refund, less shipping costs. A 15% to 100% re-stocking fee will be assessed for failure to return all accessories, returning an item not in its original packaging and sellable condition or for any item returned damaged.
